Sometimes it’s hard for me to do this. I have so much going on..School..worrying about my babies..But i found out that if i don’t have some kind of system in place, then everything falls apart. You have to have goals that will keep you occupied, so that you are constantly focusing on the #positive aspects of your life, instead of the #negative. Remember that at least you have to be  alive to even be dealing with these feelings and struggles. Just keeping that thought in mind helps me…Does it help you guys?
